Before proceeding with a refund or return please do get in touch as we may be able to rectify the issue you are having.
We are more than sure that you will love your new notebook but should you find that the notebook you've selected is not actually what you wanted, we'd be more than happy to refund or exchange it.
As soon as we receive the notebook, we will issue you with a refund or send out your desired notebook.
Please be aware that the notebook must be unused and in the same condition that you received for the above to apply.
